INTERACTION FLOW

Considering that user experience is paramount, we find it imperative to understand what constitutes good interaction flow, and what affects it. The model we prefer evaluates interaction not as static but as part of a learning process. Understanding how interaction builds upon itself comes down to breaking apart the basic activity in which the starting mental model evolves true action and feedback into larger experience arcs.
ADDING DEPTH, NOT COMPLEXITY

Making things complex is easy, to make them simple is a skill. We always evaluate depth vs. complexity, as the two are usually connected. The simple guiding principle is to add depth with minimal impact on complexity.
